It is very important to realize that Pac isn't a Welterweight

Pac is a 140 pound fighter that moved up in weight to beat Cotto & DLH.

When people think that it's fishy that Pac from 130 pounds moved up to 147 so easily, the truth is, he didn't move up to 147 pounds.

Think about it, Manny doesn't fight at 147. He seems to favor 145. Come the day of the weigh in, Manny ate breakfast and had a snack before the weigh in took place and still he didn't make 145 pounds. He only got up to 144, and that's while being careless!

Why does he look so good doing it? Well you gotta remember that the guy has had 1.5 years (DLH - Cotto) to fit into a 147 (144) body and with good genetics + being in his prime + a GREAT coaching staff, I don't see why he can't bring his body up to 144.

He's a legendary 140 pound fighter that uses his body to it's full potential because of his training regime he doesn't have to make weight and therefore can be at his full potential come fight night.

The guy can train as much as he wants to in technique and building muscle (without giving a dam about putting on too much) because he doesn't have to strain himself to lose weight and considering Manny learns so fast and has some awesome genes for getting muscles, that's big.

I agree, he needs to fight Mayweather Jr at 145. And make a really really high amount if Mayweather Jr comes over a pound. Every pound is 4 million dollars maybe!

pac has to eat 80000000000000000000000000000000 just to make 144 lbs... I still think 140 lbs is his best weight class right now.

Pac beatin Cotto don't physically make him a WW. But it makes him one in terms of boxing stature. He now holds a WW belt and is ranked #1 at WW. If he faces anotha WW it should be 147 imo.

Some peoples think that because Pac beat Dela Hoya and Cotto that he is a welterweight. Pac is a super Jr. welterweight that beat up welterweight. PAC will make 140 easily, I think he can still make 135 if he have too. You can obiviously see how big Cotto and Dela Hoya was to Pac.

Floyd was a 154lb champion. What the hell was he doing fighting jr welterweights and lightweights instead of jr middleweights???

No he ain't. He doesn't even need to cut weight to fight at WW. He comes in 149 at most fight night while True Welters come 155-160.

I love when the *****s say "well pac won a world title at welterweight so he's certified welterweight"

Yeah??? Well Floyd won a world title at jr middleweight so that makes him a jr middleweight.
