He is never fought an African American fighter. But he did fight an African fighter Ledawaba(sp?), he also did fight black dominican called Agapito Sanchez to a draw. Also Julio was a black south american.

There are three blacks he can fight Mosley, Mayweather, or Paul Williams if he comes down in weight. Any 3 can beat him. But i do think he has a shot against floyd. He wouldnt fight Mosley even at 140. Mosely has 3 ingredients to fight him, Power, Speed, and a CHIN. He wont go down like Cotto.

Because there's no good black fighters in the lower divisions. It has nothing to do with fear. Just genetics. You're talking about Mosley, Berto, Mayweather and Williams....****...Floyd wont fight the other 3 you mentioned either and he's been a welterweight since 2006. The Cotto fight was only the 2nd time Pacquiao had ever fought about 140 for cryin out loud.
