Oscar can still beat Hatton and Spinks and those would be pretty big fights.

I can't find any news reports about it, the best I could think of was to visit lopeztonight.com (thank you Satan, for making me visit that website, aagrrhh)and I can only gauge an educated guess about what Oscar said based on viewer comments, but it looks like he was either joking, which would make those tv ads misleading, or hes fighting.. I agree with you- I'm sure De La Hoya observed Hatton's brutal KO loss and was kicking himself. Whatever criticism one has of De La Hoya, and it's true, hes faded, I do think he was extremely drained and shot the night he fought Manny, and yet, re-watching that fight 10 months later, there was still some nobility to how Oscar tried with intensity to hit back. And Oscar can take a punch.Comment

I keep saying the more Pac goes on crushing opponents the less worse that result for Oscar looks cause he was drained big time for that fight (his own fault ofc)I agree with you- I'm sure De La Hoya observed Hatton's brutal KO loss and was kicking himself. Hell, add JCC jr to the list. If Oscar came back and fought either Hatton, Cotto, Spinks, or JCC jr I would pick Oscar to beat all 4 of them. He ain't ****in with Mosley or PWill but he could take those 4 guys... I think he could beat Berto too.Comment
