          floyd at 61? yeah--okay---he needs to be at least 35 places higher than he is----pac is not number 5--wait until this years is over--watch how high floyd jumps on this list--even though it's bull**** anyway--for now anyway---

                  That is a terrible list. Pacquiao could be argued into a Top 100 P4P. For Top 5? And you haven't even given an explanation!

                    In case anyone here didnt know, boxing only started when Pacquiao beat Oscar, boxing did not exist before that. And after Manny retires boxing will cease to exist as well.
