i say marquez gets knocked out in the first round, it would look worse than the hatton fight. after pac does that, floyd would have no argument as to why he is the better fighter. then a pacquiao mayweather showdown 50 50 purse.

Pacman has more effectively moved up in weight, he's become stronger without giving up his speed, he's become a two fisted fighter and proved that he has a solid chin. Marquez to me looked like he may have been outweighing his frame even at 135. Marquez is one of my favorite fighters but I just think that at this stage of both fighters carreers that Manny takes the cake. I'd still pay to see that third fight anyway though, anything can happen.

Right now even at 135 i would pick Pacquiao.
It's just because of age. Marquez wouldn't be the same fighter he was on the second fight, but pacquiao would still be the same pacman we saw on that fight. I'm not saying Marquez will be beat down as Hatton or Cotto or DLH, but he will be a little bit slower than before and against the Pacman that will make the difference.

I really like Marquez, it just sucks he is 36.

Pac would beat him at any weight, anytime. I think Pac has just evolved as a fighter a whole lot since the last time these two fought.
