That fight has lost some luster because of Pavlik's behavior but it would make Mosley's resume look better. It would look like a ***** move on Pavlik's part to fight him after this crap he's pulled against a guy who is viewed more his size.

No. SSM couldn't handle Winky at JMW or Forrest at WW. He gets drilled by Pavlik.

Those fighters are much better than Pavlik in the technical aspect though.....I don't see why SSM couldn't do the exact same thing against Pavlik that he did to Marg......use his speed to land 1st and tie up once Pavlik starts to punch, let the ref do his job and repeat.

Actually you may be right. I lost all my respect for Pavlik. SSM can probably take him now.

Mosley is too small for that weight. If Pavlik did take a fight like that his reputation sinks even further I think.

I mean he wouldn't ko Pavlik but he could do that for all 12 I think.....the only risk would be getting tagged with a big right hand and put to sleep but no way Pavlik would UD SSM.

lol I was tempted to say that. But in all honesty that weight is too high for Mosley. But in terms of skill he's superior to Pavlik.

Surely Shane could have beat the guy Mayorga KOd and decisioned?

Getting schooled by Hopkins is one thing, getting KOd by Mayorga is a lot worse. Pavlik would destroy Shane, KO him again. Just b/c Pavlik has been a bit of a ***** recently doesn't mean he's not a Middleweight world champion quality fighter.
