As long as theres obscene amounts of money on the table fighters will line up to fight Manny at 145...the sactioning bodies ( wbc,wbo, ibf etc) will allow this nonsense to continue. Why have rules if you're going to go around them. Might as well just call anything between 140 and 149 a weltwerweight fight. No junior, super welterweight, just welterweight. Noone should fight Manny unless he either fights at 140 or 147 period. No fighter should have an advantage. I had Cotto winning but I like MAnny as well. I justdon't like Roach changing the rules to give his fighter the advantage period..
