He fought Brandon Vera. Brandon Vera is the fighting pride of the Phillipines and he lost. Everyone in PI was heartbroken. They had nobody to turn to that night.

Dana White is a ****ing TOOL. He is a Pacquiao fan yet a few months ago, he claimed he did not even know who Juan Manuel Marquez was. LOL.

He knew who he was but just forgot his name at that moment in time.

Pretty much. He's telling that guy to go for broke, I think.

"If you do everything you can do, to avoid a fight. Like most boxing matches these days, you're not getting paid jack ****!"

I don't know what boxing matches he's been watching lately, unless it was Haye/Valuev ; in which case, I agree with him.

I'm so sick of hearing MMA guys say Dana is a boxing fan, everytime the subject comes up. He's only a boxing fan when we're kicking his ass on PPV.

That guy hates this sport so damn bad, it's laughable.

I don't blame him, either ; our product, and our athletes are superior to his product, and his athletes.

Look no further than live gate numbers, PPV sales numbers, and the disparity in pay between a top level boxer, and a top level MMA guy.

There's no competition to be had there.
