still not enough to hammer the point to *****holics that pac aint ducking pink floyd. There's been countless videos on youtube before & during the hatton fight with roach & pac saying we want floyd.

      What does floyd do?

schedule a fight the day of pac vs hatton against a 36 year old career featherweight with 55 plus fights.

        Well to be fair...

JMM was Floyd's getback against Pac. Pac was eating away at Floyd's legacy at that point by fighting both DLH and then Hatton...

So Floyd decided to flip the script and son someone that gave Pac a hard time in the past. Plus it sets him up as the unofficial mandatory challenger for Pac, after Cotto.

I think Floyd should have at least made weight though.

I dont doubt manny wants to KO mayweather. But the question is does floyd really wanna fight Pac? he knows hes not gonna get 65/35 in his favor so this is his way of duckin. Pac is too much of a risk for flyds "0". this again boils down to split terms. I say floyd needs to earn his spot to fight pac. Mosley clearly has and even more if he beats berto.

              Oh, they want each other.

Its been that way a while...

Think about it though..if Floyd had fought Pac right after Pac fought Hatton, would the buzz for this fight have been as big, now that Pac has wrecked Cotto and surpassed Floyd on the ww scene?

I vote no on that one.

pink floyd wanting 60-40 or in some cases 65-35 means he doesnt want to fight pac but he is using the failed negotiations as a way to save face publicly & not get called a ducker which is already a failure.

Marquez is a better win than Berto. Berto only real win is vs. Collazo. 9 out of 10 people will tell you he lost that fight. Berto's other title fights at 147? Miguel Rodriguez (WHO?), Steve Forbes (140 lb.), Juan Urango (140 lb.).

What about Berto is special, besides the fact that he has an undefeated record filled with truck drivers?
