FightCamp: 360 and 24/7 on MP4?

On HBO's iTunes podcast you can usually get one episode of 24/7 on mp4. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get all of the episodes of 24/7.

Also, on Showtime's website they have streaming video of the two FightCamp: 360 episodes, but there isn't a download option. Does anyone here know how to get that into a mp4, wmv or vob format (preferably mp4)?

Don't have much green, but am willing to give a couple K for insight on how to get these two shows on mp4.
