    Cotto vs Mayweather: Still viable?

Watching the last half of the fight, begging for someone to waive off the fight, the Pacman vs Cotto fight was still very competitive. Pacman was hurt and was pushed back. With that being said and Mayweather a completely different type of fighter, provided that Cotto picks himself up again. Is Money May and Cotto, from a competitive aspect still a viable match in the future?

I honestly think May can wipe out Pacquaio, but cannot whitewash Miguel

    Thoughts?

I dont know before the Pac/Cotto fight I thought PBF would beat both of them, Now, after seeing Pac fight a true WW, and take his shots, I dont know, I think Pac beats PBF, and PBF beats Cotto, PBF has the tools to beat Pac, but I think Pac's determination and pressure might get the best of PBF. PBF would have to fight the greatest fight of his carreer to beat Pac now.

How so, shouldn't we know by now that the triangle effect does not work in boxing

I said of course this is contingent on Miguel picking himself up out of this downward spiral

I'm willing to bet that Mayweather can never drop Miguel Cotto, and probably not even hurt him. He couldn't hurt JMM

Cotto's problem is dealing with pressure fighters. Mayweather has speed but he is too defensive and won't put Cotto under Pressure. I think Mayweather can pick his shot's with Cotto and counter everything Cotto does. But I also Think Cotto fighting at that pace would be comfortable and would land some pretty good shots. It would be a interesting fight I can see either guy winning by points.

                    i now question cotto's will...
i believe he lost to clottey so i think in a rematch...he'd lose...
he doesn't want to ever see margo again...cause he'd lose...
if he fought shane in a rematch...he'd lose...
if he fought PBF...he might be shut out...
a rematch with pac might send him to his grave...

i'm not even sure if cotto should still be fighting...who the hell can he fight? p.will would destroy him...
