Fedor Emelianenko would own either Klitschko brother. As a matter of fact, most of the top 10 heavyweights in MMA would own them.

You can't be successful in MMA with just one skill. And plus, regular boxing fundamentals don't transition well in the MMA world for the simple fact you have to be set up to be aware/ready for the take down. A guy like Georges St. Pierre transitions from 'boxing' to take-downs better than anyone in the sport.

Any boxer - if he isn't versed in BJJ, Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, submission defense, etc, will not be successful in MMA.

Now, if someone like Floyd Mayweather Jr. trained and WANTED to learn some other things besides boxing, I bet he could compete in the sport; he's an athletic guy. Same goes for Manny and a few other boxers.

But you can't just throw a pure boxer in with an MMA fighter under MMA rules; the boxer would get owned.

Just like you can't throw someone versed in MMA into a boxing ring against a top boxer; he'd get demolished.

It's apples and oranges. Although with some take down defense, Vitali would be more successful than his brother. Wlad would be too timid imo.

            You're full of irony.

The Klit brothers know kick boxing. That's nice. They would still get wrecked without take-down defense/submission defense.....son.
