I could believe Steve Kim's report on the matter, I would need to see this to believe it though. If it did even better for all involved and the sport of boxing, there is no telling what a Manny-Floyd fight would reach.

        Steve Kim says otherwise...

        -------------

According to Arum, PPV buys for Pac-Cotto: " north of a million and south of a million-five. It's significantly closer to a million-five..."

        Still really good numbers, nonetheless.

Im surprised it did so well. There was little to no buzz about the fight in Houston. I guess since there was no Mexican involved.

undercard was **** as always though.

they should have put donaire or lopez on the undercard.

showcase the next filipino and pr fighter to the fans.

                  No doubt

If Pac/Floyd happens the promoters need to set aside like 1 million to do a great undercard, it's time to invest in the future fans instead of having people bored to tears waiting for the ME.

Rey Colón of the ´El Vocero´ of Puerto Rico reported that the welterweight mega-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto generated approximately 2 million pay-per-view buys generating at least $120 million. No word on what Pacquiao´s cut will be but Cotto was mentioned to be making at least $10 million minimum.
