Note Cotto only really had success when he was boxing and moving and not getting tied down in Pacs Game..

cotto couldnt handle pacmans punches and couldnt block em either. thats why he started running and stopped throwing punches. fight shouldnt have even went to the 12th.

I agree there, they should have stopped it in the 9th or 10th worst case

I think he tried for a while but it was more like when Pac pressured him, it did not really matter. He would hit Pac with a good jab or two and dip out but when Pac pressured and threw punches he could not block them all. He was trying to counter Pac but Pac was just too quick. When Pac laid back, Cotto could do his thing; it was whatever Pac allowed to happen it seemed.
