    The People and the Pacman

I'm all for the Pacmania going on now and think the man deserves a ton of credit, but for so many people to be going so overboard as to rank Pacquiao first all time P4P just goes to show how inept the public is when it comes to actual boxing knowledge.

Take a look at this poll and tell me what's wrong with it.

Is it not ridiculous to rank him so high just after beating Cotto, who was stopped earlier a couple fights ago while still unbroken and by such a limited fighter as Margarito? People weren't this ignorant this time last week for crying out loud. What gives?

Poll: Is this Pacquiao phenomenon for real of have we just gone way overboard?

Yes, Pac is number one P4P AT and deserves the ranking.

No, this has gone overboard, but Pac still has time to make a run.

Oh, I don't know. Have won like 2 times as many title fights as Manny? Does that count?

Or, did you forget Roy was the first middleweight to win the heavyweight title in 100+ years? Not only that , he went from 155 lbs. when he turned pro to beating a 226 lb man at heavyweight. That's a 71 lb difference if you can't add.

Not to mention going 50-0 before taking his first loss @ 35 years old on a one in a million shot.

Oh, and he had 25 title fights before he really lost one.

Manny has had 13 so far. Do you think he will make it to 25?

                  Thanks.
