both are coming off losses, both still need to prove they are ELITE fighters. i think its going to be an exciting fight. i do hate how hatton tries to maul so much that he always ends up in a clinch, but i have a feeling that it wont happen much in this fight. i see JMM taking hatton to school, and possibly stealing his lunch money.

Not really interested in this...Marquez looks like **** above 135, and I think Hatton may be done...Hatton can't make 135 so idk bout this...

Could be a competitive fight since Marquez isn't very crisp with the extra weight but he still may be able to catch Hatton at points...

JMM should wear a Pac mask to the ring and Fatton will eat himself to death during the anthem, lol

This just goes to show you that Golden Boy wants to keep recycling Ricky Hatton and give him fights with top fighters that he doesn't deserve. This fight is a sham. The fact that it is in Manchester makes me view it as a more competitive match up though, I'll have to admit. But it just goes to show how dumb JMM is. Him and Nacho don't ever try to negotiate anything to their advantage.

JMM has become a fighter who is just in it for the money now. I don't really blame him though because he is in the twilight of his career more than likely. And yeah, this may be one gigantic payday for JMM. But if he loses, his career is over and if he wins it does nothing to increase his stature.

Unless Hatton doesn't have much power left in him due to inactivity, it's going to be a tough fight for Marquez. Yep more link Marquez-Diaz but with power. Nevertheless the fight should be interesting.
