If the PPV of Pac-Cotto reaches 2m buys, No way in hell Floyd makes more. Pacquiao wouldn't even budge a 50-50 w/ Hatton where GBP has to make it 47-53 Split and add 2m guaranteed purse for Pacquiao to make it happen.
