Manny doesn't have to fight at maximum WW limit, he just have to fight within the WW criteria of 141 to 147 lbs.

manny can fight at whatever hell he wants between 141-147 but the belt he has is a 141-147lb ww belt. he SHOULD defend it allowing the challenger to come in at his prefered weight between 141-147, period....they've both had their catchweight fights, now this fight should be at a legit ww fight.
