That was a half-truth comment by Floyd Jr.

GBP only gets a percentage of PAC's purse if he's fighting a GBP fighter. Also, I don't know how many fights PAC signed on for with GBP, for all we know it already ran its course. I doubt GBP is contracted with PAC forever.
