If they Fight:
Mayweather is more predictable. He will either run immediately or come out jabbing. He will never bumrush. Don't have the balls for that. Out of his last several fights he has a pattern of jabbing and countering, going to the corner and shoulder rolling.
The intangible that I have seen is his ability to take a wicked shot, more than that several wicked shots. We don't know.
Another is to be in with someone as fast as he is.
Another is to be in with someone who is as QUICK with feet and hand.
Another is his gameness. He has never been severely tested, he has never had a reason to be tested. I think its in his mind, and puts fear there , that O being a stumbling block to him keeping him from fighting true solid Welter Weights !!!!! It is not clear, whether he could stand the typhoon Manny Pacquiao will bring.
hooked up with gameness is if Pac does to Mayweather what Pac did to Cotto will Mayweather QUIT ?????? ITs in his blood, I was excoriated for saying that Cotto would QUIT, that after the 7th round he would call it, he did in his heart and after the 11th round was calling it off but his corner encouraged to go on. I won't say anything bad about Cotto, He came back to give it his all. But I will say that I will be excoriated again for saying that Mayweather may QUIT !!

Mayweather won't know where the punches are coming from, , that bend over to his right is perfect for Pacmang left hook or left upper cut or his twisting and turning punching 6 or 11 times from angles we know not of !

My prediction if they fight:
Mayweather will come in at 160, Pac will come in at 148 when the bell rings. I am with Arum that Mayweather will be the same as he was with JMM, deceptive, unsufferablely arrogant so forget the catchweights. It will be Pacmangs most difficult fight because of all the running Mayweather will do. The first three rounds will set the night. Pacmang has proven he can take a WW's punch and that he is as strong as any WW. He proved that in the Cotto fight. I believe Pac will take over by the third round, maybe the second, and by the 7 round will be walking Mayweather down and either KO Mayweather in the late rounds or make him QUIT, or KO him early in the same devastating form he did Hatton. IT depends on the guts of Mayweather , when he tastes the punch of Manny, what will he do, will he run or stand and fight like a man.
A mouthy person is scared inside trying to convince you you are fixing to get beat, when one can't do that, he breaks down mentally if he is not ahead.
