    Mosley v Mayorga fight

Is it just me or has this fight been forgotten/swept under the carpet by most boxing fans??

Mosley was seconds away from losing this fight against a guy who cannot box (good ''fighter'' though). Yet fans people wine and complain about PBF supposedly ducking him.

Look I know Mosley put a whoppping on Margocheato in his next fight, but that shouldnt excuss the fact about what took place against Mayorga.

I like Mosley and everything but personally Ifind it annoying how he's suddenly become this invincible beast whoo got PBF running scared.

It was an ugly fight and a tough one. Anyway Mayorga gets you to fight an ugly fight and get in ugly exchanges. Still Shane closed the show with a last second KO. And it was a beauty of a springing hook.

I call Mayorga "the slug". I think he just slobbers all over you and that makes it difficult. I think Sugar did a great job in that fight and took him out right before the last bell. Mosley deserves more credit for that fight.

I think Shugs did fine in that fight. It was only ugly because Mayorga will do that to anybody, and the weight was 154 - too cumbersome for an otherwise agile Mosley.

And he got the KO, so what's there to discuss?

Mosley never looked his best at 154, even back around his prime, he looked kinda **** there. Yet, looked his old self when back at 147...

              So, yeah, kinda.

Mosley was coming off a 10+ month layoff against an awkward fighter that outweighed him by 10 pounds and all he wanted to do was clinch.

Since we're on the topic of remembering fights, why did Mayweather get a split decision with an old De La Hoya?
