Some people just need to hate someone. For masta and snootz the target appears to be Cotto.

Everyone in the know understands that Cotto is a Warrior.

I said all along he'd be embarrassed if he ain't KO Pac in 6. But I expected him to get the KO. I was stunned at him goin into retreat.

Oh please. The man was asking his trainer when the fight was over. It's obvious he was looking for it to end early. He had no intention of winning.

At least, Hatton fought like a warrior. He didn't run. He fought 'til he couldn't fight.

I just think its funny people like you calling him a warrior

Dude ran from a former FW after being put on his ass the 2nd time.

A warrior doesn't run from round 5-6 onwards from a guy way smaller then him after talking loads of bs about him being bigger/stronger etc

Even Pac was disgusted he had to wait and taunt Cotto at stages

                  It's true, though.

I said before the fight that if Cotto starts running away and doing that fruity hop-skippy dance again, I'll be extremely pissed. He went down a lot in my estimation. At least if he would've stood his ground and kept coming forward, he wouldn't have looked so pathetic in defeat.

Someone else pointed out that (regardless of wraps) Margarito at least looked like a warrior whilst being stopped by Mosley. He didn't stop coming back for more, and had a huge grin on his face as he went down. That's being beaten in style. Cotto didn't get beat in style - he looked ridiculous, unfortunately.

He was backing up, but it's different than quitting. Cotto simply didn't have an answer to Pacquiao and taking the punishment it wore him down at that point. I felt kind of bad watching Cotto doing that, but there wasn't much else he could do at that point as it was too late too change the course of the fight.
