    Is the diamond belt a real belt? Or just a present for Pac from the WBC?

    Is he expected to have to defend that thing or does it just go in his living room as a decoration?

            It seems a bit dumb if that's the case. Why spend all that money on a belt and then just give it to Pac so he can hang it up on his wall?

                They desperately want the fights of the biggest name in the sport tied to their banner in some way. Pacquiao had already been flagrantly disregarding the wishes of the WBC since the last Marquez fight, so when they realized they have no influence over his decisions this was their solution
