    unification of the belts can be done without PBF. but as you have said, the biggest fight will be with floyd.

        I know that

        I was merely stating that the poster said it was Clottey's belt, but when you look at the chain of events, even if Clottey didn't vacate it, it would have ended up in Pac's hands as well.
