yeah this is shawn and i know there will be haters on here. there are haters everywhere i guess. some people get off on it.

my plans for the future? i would like to become a unified champ at 147 and then 154. my immediate plans are fighting this week end at my home away from home in Tunica, MS at the Fitz casino. i am fighting Jerome Ellis. i then plan to step it up a little and fight back in Cleveland on ESPN sometime early next year.

no he never did that with me. i didn't realize he was doing with Cotto until about 20 seconds in to it. i don't think it was Freddy's idea. i think it was all Manny. i think he tasted Cotto's power early and realized he had been hit harder and felt he could get a way with it.

i told people an uppercut on the inside was going to change the fight because of the way Cotto keeps his guard and leads with his chin in front of his feet. i think it was the uppercut in the 3rd that won the fight. it was over from that point on. remember Cotto was probably winning the 3rd until the uppercut

the 147 is a bit tough right now. loads of big names there. however, the 154's ripe for the taking. did you know pac sparred yuri foreman before for his DLH fight?

freddie thinks pac can take yuri for title no. 8. dead serious here.

You were 165 in the amateurs? Respect man, you must've been fighting guys much bigger than yourself.

much taller for sure but it has helped make me who i am. i kept weight on through my teen years because i played football. so i just fought at that weight so i wasn't constantly going up and down
