Some of you aren't understanding the question that was asked. It's who deserves to fight Pacquiao more, not who should.

Hard to say who deserves it more, but I picked Mosley. He's the #2 welterweight in the division and he lost to the man that Pacquiao just beat. But the fight that should be made and will be made is Pacquiao-Mayweather, and everyone knows it. Pound for Pound #1 vs #2.

pac is more on legacy and not money, mosley and floyd are both good in pacmans legacy especially if mosley defeats berto because that means that their fight is for the 147 lineal belt
