You're exactly right. Mayweather hasn't had a victory as impressive as Pac's destruction of Cotto in well... ever? Mayweather has never stepped in with a naturally bigger fighter who is an excellent boxer AND a destructive puncher and just beat him to a lifeless pulp. Cotto is no joke. We know this, because Mayweather was afraid to fight him (along with a list of others). Pac is so NOT worried about fighting him that he's nearly laughing on the way to the ring. Pac is a special fighter, he's keeping boxing alive and undoing the safe tip-toeing around tough fights that Mayweather and many other boxing stars have done which really, really hurt the sport.

Mayweather's cherry-picking and safe-fighting is highlighted and exposed every time Pac steps in the ring the last 2 years. It's refreshing and impressive.

PACMAN NEVER CALLS OUT ANYONE. His Job is to fight in the ring and give enjoyment to the people. Arranging the fight is his Promoter's job. I know, he said it on almost of his interviewed when ask who he wants to fight next. Do you believe all of a sudden he will make MONEY happy by mentioning his name? Its all about negotiation barganing process. PACMAN doesn't want to sound desperate to fight Money May and vice versa.
