Yep that was the trip that made him look we bit stunned I think not to mention all the Hatton fans could have had him a we bit nervous do you not think it was the first round and think of all the hype surrounding Hatton at the time . 20 000 fans.Hatton came out 100 miles an hour .

So if Hatton gave Mayweather a hard time and he almost connected with Mayweather, what do you think Manny will do to him. Obviously i'm speculating, we all are, the best way is to make this fight and end this discussion.
        Your reasoning is flawed.

Mayweather handled Marquez easily while Manny struggled mightily with JMM. By your logic, Mayweather should KILL Manny Pac in the same fashion he killed JMM.

Triange theories don't work in boxing. Never has.

I just watched the rd . The broadcasters on the UK tv were like :wank::wank::wank: when that stumble happened lmfao. When they watch it back the broadcasters must be kicking thereselfs lmfao.Watch rd 1 with the volume up then down for a laugh .Mayweathers rd I think .Landed a couple of good left hooks then a couple of straight right hands towards the end .Hatton landed a couple of body shots and hit Mayweather with a rabbit punch .Watch it on mute that punch seriously missed and that was a 100 mile an hour Ricky Hatton 1st rd fired right up with 20 000 fans behind him , . .Jim Watts a legend lmfao.

That punch didn't land, it looks like he stepped on his foot when he was charging at him.

that was quite a nice right hand hatton threw before the jab, kinda staggered floyd a little bit, but i agree with most here, it was not really a clean jab. i think mayweather was just off balance.

Not thnking about the DelaHoya and Hatton destructions against Pac and Mayweather .What about the JMM fights . Pac got a draw and a split decision.Mayweather dominated him .I'm defintley neutral because i'm a fan of both but betting wise edging towards Mayweather.
