Pac has to do the same. His answer when asked if he wanted Floyd next wasn't to convincing. I'm sure he wants Floyd though. A victory over Mayweather would seal his legendary status forever. This fight is going to happen!!!
What some don't seem to realize man, is that his status is already sealed. He doesn't need Mayweather, it's the other way round. This is not even arguable. Pacquiao knocking out Mayweather might be the cherry on the top of the cake, but it ain't the cake.

This thread proves why Money deserves at least 50/50, maybe even 55/45. Right now you guys have argued 26 pages straight and counting. In the Pac Punishes Cotto story about the great fight, you only did 20 pages. He's the guy you love to hate (for some of you) and you would spend $65 for the PPV because you think "this time he will get beat". This fight will be off the charts but when it is all said and done, the haters will say.. "but he's scared to fight Mosley".

Do you think Pacquiao will beat Mayweather? If so, I would love to hear your assessment of the 2 fighters and whom you believe to have the advantages in the fight.

Why is he trying to downplay Pacquiao? Wouldn't that mean he'd not deserve any credit IF he beat Pacquiao? I mean, he better not go losing to a "one-dimensional" fighter, otherwise he's gonna look like even more of a twat than he does already.
lol, they just don't get it.

They put down any potential opponent of Floyds, just as he does,

then get mad when people don't give him the respect he wants.

"oh, that guy is a D class fighter, I'll whoop his ass"

          Ass whooping happens.

          "wheres my props?"

"Floyd, but you said he was a d class fighter, how can we give you credit for that if you beat down someone you were supposed to? Someone you knowingly called a lesser grade"

"oh, thats just part of the show though, I'm not really like that"

*video of Floyd calling Hatton and DLH ******* plays in the background*

and the revert too "well it doesnt matter if Mayweather beats Pacquiao because Manny's legacy is already set"....one minute Mayweather fights small fighters and is afraid to fight real challenges then when Mayweather says publicly that Manny is an easy fight and he will beat him they get in defense mode.

Mayweather will shut all of them up next year...

            Mayweather has very good skills.

            Pacquiao will beat Mayweather.

Again, you're completely missing the point. This isn't about who wins or loses, it's about making the fight happen period.

It's good for both fighters and even better for the sport of boxing. It has nothing to do with being a fan of either fighter, you can criticize Mayweather for many reasons, which we have already poured over repeatedly and yet still respect his massive talent--which I do personally.

You're talking about who would win or lose, as a reason to either make this fight happen or not happen is irrelevant, it needs to happen regardless. I could see Mayweather winning as well, but so what? Boxing is not a psychic sport, you have to actually get in the ring to determine a winner...imagine that.
