What punch?

You can go to that stickgrappler site, it's good for beginners. Just go on google and search stickgrappler boxing, because I forgot the website.

Yup wrong section. See the Training and Nutrition section. But for a striaght, you keep your arm in a straight line from your guard, aim past your target, make sure your elbow doesn't pop out and throw your whole body into it by twisting your shoulders and hips. I'm still working on it but that is what I try to focus on. I'm sure there is more. And the hook is just impossible

so don't even try. JK. I am hjaving trouble throwing any kind of hook worth a damn. But I have been mainly working on my jab. That is the best place to start. Have at the Training and Nuttition section. People there are cool and give good advice.
