Pacquiao 5-weight division champion, not 7

    Legitimate belts (Major Belts)

112 WBC Flyweight Title (vs Sasakul) Lineal
122 IBF Super bantamweight Title (Ledwaba)
130 WBC Super Featherweight Title (Marquez II) Lineal
    135 WBC Lightweight Title (Diaz)
    147 WBO Welterweight Title (Cotto)

    Minor/Non Sanctioned Belts

126 Featherweight Ring Title (Barrera I) Lineal
140 IBO/Ring Title Light Welterweight (Hatton) Lineal

So basically, Pac is a 7-weight champion but 5-time weight division champion.. plus 4 lineal chamionship awards...

Oscar is still higher considering that all those 6 Championship belts are all coming from major sanctioning bodies... Pac needs to fight Bradley to get a major belt at 140 and that would make him tie with Oscar in the number championship weight divisions...but surpasses Oscar in the number of weight championship belt and lineal belts..

Nowadays, lineal championships are considered to be major titles....Being a lineal champion means that you beat the best of the best in your division....A lineal championship is more impressive than any other title...

why wouldn't you count the belts that mean the most and are the toughest to get? yes the ring belt is in a different class than the 4 alphabet belts. its better. also hatton and barrera had alphabet belts but were stripped cause of politics. those wbo wbc bullcrap belts are a dime a dozen. there are 4 in every division while there's only one ring belt.

Lineals matter more than the paper titles.

And if ur mentioning paper titles... u have to add the lineals in there.

the non belt linear titles are more than legit.

                  get over it.

So beating lineal LHW champion Zsolt Erdei is better than beating alphabet champ Chad Dawson.
