A boxer who considers himself god in boxing who don't even know how to give credit and appreciate fellow boxers I think would be a worst commentator and would only messed-up with the show..

I think he'd make an excellent commentator.

His entire "money" personna is bound to retire once he himself retires. So I don't think you'd have to worry about him talking about himself all that much. (At least, not as much as Lennox Lewis or Emmanuel Steward.)

Plus ; there aren't many other fighters out there with a boxing intellect on par with Floyd's. Hopkins is the only other one that springs to mind.

I think he'd have a lot to offer as far as insight goes.

Wow, I could see it now. Floyd Mayweather paired up with Brian Kenny at ESPN. That pair alone would be worth tuning in to every week

                  Dunno, Bringer...

He's not exactly a wordsmith, and he tends to stammer when
challenged. What happens when a co-commentator disagrees
with his take, on-air? Then again, seeing him up against Max
Kellerman on HBO or Brian K. on ESPN might be a draw by itself.

David Diaz has a great sense of humor and is communicative,
but last time he was on air, dropped way too many f-bombs,
                  the crazy fuck, lol.

                  h.
