If he really wants the fight, why can't he say get it on even if 60-40 he will accept 40 as long as the fight gets made?

Okayyy...so where in those sentences did he say it?
All i've heard were excuses from him saying he won't still get respect if wins against Pac.
If he only said "I'll fight Manny, even 50/50!" then my respect for him may be back but he didn't, only trash talking same as always.
