Did you hear Manny Steward right off the bat talking about how he thinks Cotto & Pac have the same speed and how Pac is struggling because he's not use to fighting someone as fast as Cotto and both Merchant & Lampley agreed with him. At the end of the round Lampley screams out that Cotto is just as fast as Pac. You could also tell in there voice at that time that they thought Cotto was going to give Pac hell and Steward definatly felt Cotto would win. Then seemingly 5min later you could tell they wish they had never said any of that and they were all on Pac's nuts

good point although i didn't realize it yesterday (screaming, drunk). although i love lampley's "colorful" play by play, it helps to just have an objective play by play especially in the beginning of the match where the guys themselves are just getting warmed up.

The only thing I really noticed is that Lampley is a huge Cotto nuthugger. He sure got a lot more quiet by the 6th round or so lol.

Sure seemed like Cotto's handspeed was just as fast as Pacquiao's the first couple of rounds and even I gave Cotto the 1st round and im filipino.
