Will Manny ask Lil bitty Floyd for a catchweight?

I was just wondering this, Ive read a lil on what happens to the body when you force it past what its used to. Now i know that its the weight that is killing these guys, dont get me wrong Pac is a beast!! but really? Cotto at 47 is not Cotto at 45. Oscar at 47 is not Oscar at 54..
These lil ammounts of weight you guys think is nothing is really a big deal and Im sure Ariza and his Mentor, you know that guy thats been banned cause all his clients tested pos everytime (Balco),knows worlds more about it than lil ol me.
So, the question is, will Manny ask Floyd for a catchweight? if so why?
Floyd is smaller than Cotto, they are basically the same size I mean there really isnt too big of a diferance if any that I can see.. So will he, and if he does why?

I don't think Manny will, he probably has very little input into the specifics of any contract. That's what he has a promotional team for.

You act like Manny asked for a catchweight against Oscar. Everybody does.

            "He fought a corpse!"

Well, who's fault is that? Virtually nobody gave Pacquiao a chance BEFORE the fight. Let's not **** on him now, eh? Fact is, Oscar wanted it at 147.

145 for Cotto was more than fair, seeing as he came in at 146 for Clottey. I see no problem there. He looked terrific at the weigh in, too.

It doesn't matter what weight they ask for against Floyd (IF it happens) because Floyd probably would come in at whatever weight he feels like anyway.

As for BALCO and steroid accusations, etc., don't you think that's a bit of a dirty, slime-ball type of move to pull? There is no proof whatsoever that MP is using anything. None.

Only to make the fight more palatable because people were gonna see it as a total mismatch if he came in higher.

Cotto didn't seem crazy about a catchweight either, but he did it anyway.

I think if you were to give them choices, they wouldn't go w/ the catchweight.

But still, Oscar wanted it at 147. It's his own silly fault for ****ing that one up. Manny took a risk, he could have gone in there and been blown out in one round, but it paid off. Oscar said he'd not felt so great in years (I know, promotion, etc) but he got what he deserved for trying to steal Pacquiao's thunder, and he had a personal issue with Manny. Serves Oscar right for trying to pull a cheap stunt.

Yeah, Cotto didn't seem too crazy about a catchweight, you're right. On the other hand, his doctors said he'd be fine as long as he went no lower than 144, so basically there were no health risks. I thought Cotto did pretty well out of it, really.

Do you think the outcome would have been different if Cotto had come in at 147 instead of 145???
