Of course not. IMO, it is his way of saying "I can take a WW punch". But it is indeed foolish.

manny was playing a psychological game too w/ cotto. i bet it really threw cotto off when pac was asking for MORE of his punches. pre-fight, everyone thought pac was going to get FCUKED if standing in front of cotto.
