Who here thought it was OVER for Manny after Round 1?

i had that sinking feeling in my stomach.

were the constant statements on this forum flashing in my head as i saw him eat jab after jab. Manny even looked scared that first round.

then, after that one round i started to feel better

i think the exact same thing last night

damn, cotto timing is great, pac cant get inside, its over!

I thought Pac would be KO in the next few rounds after watching round 1.....i scored it 10-8 in cotto's favor....

my reaction is - "oh ****, pac`s in trouble".

then the 2nd round happened and i knew the floodgates were gonna open pretty soon

I thought the same exact thing. When pac coudlnt get off like he usally does in the first couple rounds, i feared for pac's safety....


But that is what greatness is all about. The ability to one up greatness. That's what pac did that night. We all knew he was a great fighter, but after that he just got greater.

i admit i was worried. cotto outboxed him that round. but then round 2 came and pac came alive and that when i got my confidence in pac back.

I did too.. When cotto landed his 1st jab that snapped pac's head i was like "pac's ****ed" to my buddy.
