“He got caught for drunk driving after the Hatton fight and when he came back to the US they wouldn’t give him a visa. To compound the problem the idiot said it’s because he was wearing a Hugo Chavez tattoo on his chest. So, that makes two idiots from Venezuela.”

Arum’s remark drew laughter from the press, and then the Top Rank president said, “I’m 78 years old. I can say whatever I want to say.”

That didn't seem like Floyd actually demanded that it seems like Roach is just speculating on what he will demand. As far as i know Floyd hasn't spoken about this possible fight yet.

Floyd's gotta offer high in the bargaining table so that's a given, but Team Pac would be dumb to agree on anything less than half especially if Pac-Cotto makes better numbers than PBF-JMM

He hasnt, but he did contact HBO and GBP a hour after the fight and told them to start negotiations with Pac's camp.

That makes no sense, on paper, Cotto/Pac is supposed to do more than Floyd/Marquez. Nobody expected 1 million views for Floyd/Marquez. Cotto/Pac is way more of a matchup than Floyd/Marquez.
