Now since we are using the RING magazine titles to give Manny Pacquiao his 7th title in his 7th weight class, You guys should have no problem in using the RING Magazine rankings on top 10 fighters in the last decade to determine Who the Fighter of the ENTIRE Decade should be.
Year 2003:
Manny Pacquiao Not Ranked. Mayweather Ranked #5
Year 2004:
Manny Pacquiao First apperance on the P4P List
Manny Pacquiao Ranked #5 Mayweather Ranked #2

He is fighter of the decade. you can't argue facts.
From Start to Now Mayweather has been at the TOP!
But we can not say that about Manny Pacquiao.

PBF cant be the fighter of the decade for the same reason JC probably wont be. Undefeated dont mean much. Its who you beat and how you beat them probably counts as well.

[QUOTE=sycomantz;6661005]how many titles does JC have and in how many weight classes, has he been P4P for a decade? /QUOTE]
I used a bad boxer as anexample but all im saying is if you dont fight anyone good you will be undefeated. You will also remain undefeated if you retire, leaving it for guys like Cotto and Pac and SSM and Margarito beat the bejesus out of each other.
You remain undefeated if you dont take risks like fight hatton at 140.
