Pac actually joinded the list in 2003. So your facts are wrong. Plus you add in this decade 3 lineal championships in 3 divisions, 6 champioships in 6 divisions all in this decade plus a 3 time FOTY all in this decade. He is fighter of the decade. you can't argue facts.

We can say the Pacquiao have accomplish alot in this decade, but he have not dominated or been a force in the entire decade like the Mayweather has.

But you do remain undefeated if you dont fight people good. DOnt get me wrong PBF has fought good names, but seems to have avoided just as many. Just like JC is PBF.
PBF cant be the fighter of the decade for the same reason JC probably wont be. Undefeated dont mean much. Its who you beat and how you beat them probably counts as well.

I used a bad boxer as anexample but all im saying is if you dont fight anyone good you will be undefeated. You will also remain undefeated if you retire, leaving it for guys like Cotto and Pac and SSM and Margarito beat the bejesus out of each other.
