What are you talkin about? This is age of internet, super computers and sophisticated electronic and robotics. Heck even in elections nowadays, results are known an hour after the election precints close. Somebody in the inside would have a ballpark figure by now and could have leaked.

Lamply made the same statement at the end of the broadcast. It cant be that hard for HBO to guestimate sales figures.
