I'd say Pac would be a HEAVY favourite against Foreman or Spinks. If successful, he could then possibly be favoured to beat Sturm/Sylvester for a title at 160 and then by that point, it certainly wouldn't be too far-fetched to imagine him taking the WBO SMW title from Stieglitz. Then if someone like Braehmer (who lost to Mario Veit) still has a belt at 175, you'd have to go with Pac to take that too. By that time, the lacklustre Erdei could have a cruiserweight title for Pac to take and then there could only be one last stop after that. If Haye/Klits get stripped of a title and Austin/Chagaev/Lyakhovich takes it, would Manny beating one of them be totally out of the question?
Dwight Qawi was only 5'5 1/2", didn't have a great physique and definitely didn't have the skills of Pac, but he was still able to hold his own as a heavyweight for a while. I know it sounds pretty insane, but I first saw Pac fight on the Lewis-Tyson undercard weighing 120lbs when he blew away Jorge Eliecer Julio. It definitely got my attention and made me a fan, but I never dreamt he'd be stopping DLH 6 years later at 147lbs!
So there you go, THEORETICALLY, Pac could possibly cherrypick his way to world titles in 13 divisions and statistically that would be the most outstanding accomplishment in boxing history. However, his legacy would probably have more meaning if he were to stay at 147lbs and beat Floyd and Shane.
