    Cotto's Training

This has nothing to do with last night's fight this is just a question of mine. How come Cotto is always in great shape and able to fight hard with the best in the world when his training doesn't seem that intense. I have seen countless clips of him shadowboxing, hitting the mitts, the heavybag and jumproping and it's all very basic stuff that Miguel does that assuming your in reasonable shape and a decent fighter yourself you could easily do. Now I know some people will say he doesn't show us his proper training but i find it hard to believe we don't have a single second of his proper training.

Nope his training it utterly pitiful compared to all top notch fighters. He trains weak low intensity and it's one of the reasons he has no stamina.
His training is the worst I've ever seen from a top level fighter and I have seen training vids of Cotto for over 4-5 years and they are all the same, always.
