Mosley is regonised as the No. 1 but Cotto did beat Mosley so i don't really think you can call anyone the Lineal Champion.

Thats the only real thing wrong with boxing, its too many belts. I think there should be one belt in every weight class. I heard Floyd say that the WBC belt is the official belt. However, I always thought the WBA was the offical champion.
