As it stands, is Pacquiao's resume better than Mayweather's and does it place him higher in the All Time Great rankings?

I don't have an ATG list but if i'm comparing accomplishments then i'd put Manny over Floyd. -

I wouldn't even place Mayweather above Pacquaio even if he manages to beat him. Pacquaio has achieved miles more in his career.Comment
