thats a bold statement! I agree with in that cotto isnt as skillfull as marquez, but pac seems to have improved so much since marquez in every departmant. Marquez win? I just cant see it!

I think pac is just as fast as he was at 130 not faster and carried his power, meaning his shots that hurt welterweights now had the same effect on superfeatherweights then. I think JMM still gives him problems because although pacquiao actually thinks about where he is landing his shots now, i think he still grows impatient when someone isnt just willing to stand there. I see why people say marquez wouldnt stand a chance but at 140 i think its still a good fight. Only thing is i think mayweather-pacquiao is too huge a fight to outweigh a marquez fight.....

I think Pacquiao wins it quite widely, not sure about a KO though. But considering the debate about who won their first two fights Pacquiao shouldn't leave this to debate and conclusively end the talk. Marquez does give Pacman tough fights, but he's getting on in age and Pacquiao is looking even more dangerous at WW. At LWW I just don't see Marquez winning it, but it wouldn't totally surprise me if they had another close encounter, they seem to bring the best out in each other.
