Actually, nobody got this right. 2001 to 2010, 2011 to 2020 are the right decades.
if you go back, there is no 0 AD. its 1 B.C. followed by 1 A.D. so the first decade is 1 A.D. to 10 A.D. fast forward to this decade, we are still at 2001 to 2010.
