    Will Gatti rekindle his flame?

Do you think, come Floyd fight, Gatti has what it takes, besides the heart and power, that he can have a game plan to derail the quick and slick Mayweather? I know he's had lack luster performances against subpar fighters and lost to the big name fighters on his resume, though as of late where we've seen him change his style to become more of a boxer and seems to be setting a strategy for each opponent he's facing, can Buddy and him come up with something? I know a lot of you hate Gatti because of his lack of true accomplishments, though I think, looking outside the box, Gatti has a really good chance because from the recent interviews with Merchant, it seemed like Gatti was abit afraid or angry to take this Mayweather fight. I think this anger will turn into using his brain to pull off a great performance that will shock the world.

He's got a shot, but very little. Mayweather should steam roll him.

I dont know if he needs to "Rekindle" anything, in his last 2 fights he has looked better than he ever has. Knocking out Dorin with that vicious body shot was pretty impressive to me. There is a good chance he might able to land those kind of shots on Floyd and nobody can take those kind of shots to the liver. But Gatti seems at his peak now. His fights against Angel Manfready were really exciting great slugfest fights years ago but I think Gatti is better and stronger now than he was back then when he was young.

this will be Gatti's shining moment and his ticket to the hall of fame, he will kayo floyd with one right hand, in the first 3 rounds. floyd is too ****y for his own good. you dont call a guy garbage and a punching bag and all of the personal insults he has been using, he is up against a real man with a real punch

            hmm

Gatti has a chance, no one can argue otherwise. We've seen Gatti out before and come back and win by KO. However, certainly Mayweather is the favored fighter to win and he should be. I'd put money on Mayweather but don't count Gatti out, that'd be a mistake.

if gattin goes into late round..lets say the 9th and knows he is losing big time on the cards...i say he tries is hardest (if he has to rush, even run at mayweather,do it!) to make him go to war,get him on the ropes and throw everything at hime, i dont believe he can out box PBF but i do think he has more than enough power to KTFO with one punch ....but we all know that PBF talks a lot but he will run from gatti (war kina fight) so gati has to try to catch him,and thats not impossible, its the only way i see him beating PBF,by ko

Mayweather will run his ass off to victory.

Gatti will not allow this to happen, he will pound on pfb and mayweather will be rushed to the hospital after 6 rounds

Kind of like how you said:

Erik Morales career ends on the 19th right.
