    There shouldn't be doubt now.

Manny Pacquiao is the best p4p fighter in the world unless Floyd Mayweather Jr. fights him and takes it himself.

I cannot believe what I saw in this fight. I saw the wild brawler that Morales and Marquez took advantage of fight controlled with tremendous skill. He counter punched beautifully. He displayed incredible speed and punching precision. He completely broke the will of the second best welter in the world and made him run away the last 4 rounds. He buried Cotto on the scorecards the same way Mayweather does, but he did it his way. And to top it off he finished the job, not content to just get the decision.

It is absolutely incredible what Manny Pacquiao did last night, we should all be grateful as boxing fans that someone like this is fighting for us. I am damn close to feeling like a full on *******, like the man is capable of anything within the confines of a boxing ring.

agree with what you said about pacman now being the no.1 p4p fighter

the sceptic in me says that cotto was forced to come down to 145, that cottos defense has always been open for the straight left but this is just me nitpicking. its hard to ignore the fact that pacman took on a full WW and not only did he outhink and outbox him but i think he could have stod toe to toe and easily held his own ground.

i think its beyond argument now that pacman is now a p4p 1 and an ATG (imo definently in the top 15 ATG fighters and possbily even the top 10). mayweather is the only fighter of the current generation who comes close and its not very often that boxing has an opportunity to make a great fight between two ATG's who more or less in their primes.

this could be the srl vs duran of our era - boxing needs this fight to happen.

He's been No. 1 for a while, he just answered every question mark this win. Pac-May is the biggest fight in boxing right now it has to be made.

Look man. I am a Floyd....I guess fan. I don't like him personally but in that ring you can't deny what he does. That being said........Manny earned that number 1 and Floyd has to go and take it himself if he wants it. There will be a rematch after he whoops that ass though.
