    Could Cotto have continued..?

I dunno about you lot but when the ref jumped in I thought it was premature because Pacquiao didn't unleash on a combo he just through 1 or 2 punches.

Even those shots i didn't think landed but Well done Pacquiao.

You can't discredit this win and I respect Cotto taking the punishment around 8/9 where he could have just quit on his stool.

He could have continue yeah, i was quite dissapointed it was stopped in the 12th because the ref was looking to stop it in the 9th so why stop it in the 12th? i was kinda a little baffled on that one.

Pacquiao was carrying Cotto to the finish but Bayless stopped it.

They should have stopped it in the 7th!

He done it so Pacman could get the KO victory and stopped it from carrying on to avoid Pacman really getting any clean power shots that could of finished Cotto.

I agree like Malignaggi against Hatton he was robbed of the chance to finish the fight. Like you said I take nothing away from Pac, simply awesome

He could've easily finished the fight ; manny seemed intent to carry him the distance. He'd stopped viciously going after Cotto somewhere around the 10th.

                Kenny Bayless had other plans.

of course, but there was no point.

Kenny Bayliss should have stopped it after the 9th.

Cotto lost no pride in my eyes, he has a tremendous heart.

Just to let u know buddy 1 punch in boxing can lead to a serious injury. There was 1 fighter yesterday Z gorres who is still in a coma after a fight HE WON. It should have been stopped at the end of 9th round imo.
