Why would he go toe to toe? Mayweather is a pure boxer.He isn't going to stand and trade blows like a pub brawler.When Manny realizes that bouncing in gets him timed and countered,he may have to resort to trying to box Mayweather and being cautious,then Mayweather can cause harm.In fact,I see it as a bad thing if Manny rushes in,or boxes.

Manny has too much say in the purse split now. I dont see Floyd giving him a 50 - 50, or taking less.

If thge fight happens, Floyd still has what it takes to win. Cotto managed to hit Pac with clean jabs and hooks. Pac didnt do well when Cotto moved. And Floyd is a defensive genius.
